This chocolate bark is my favorite fun & festive Halloween recipe that doesn’t contain ANY processed sugar or scary ingredients! And the best part is, it’s so easy to make and packed with extremely rich sources of antioxidants. Cacao and goji berries are bursting at the seams with healthy goodness you can’t find in any traditional store bought candies. They keep you healthy and energized through the most sugar overloaded holiday of the year (1)! To make this extra creepy, I added beet juice for a red tint, coconut flake bone pieces, and the goji berries peeking out to emulate dead body parts coming up from the grave. Spooky, right? ;) Enjoy!

- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

- In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat until it turns liquid and shiny.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the cacao powder, beet powder, maple syrup, and cashew butter until silky and evenly combined.
- Add the sea salt, half of the goji berries.
- Spread the chocolate mixture onto the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet and smooth out until the chocolate is level in one even layer.
- Sprinkle on the remaining goji berries and all of the coconut flakes. Place into freezer on a flat surface for about 20-30 minutes, until frozen solid.
