We’ve been obsessing over Turmeric and it’s numerous health benefits, so we decided it was time to jump on the turmeric milk train! We love it most for it’s powerful anti-inflammatory effect, but if you don’t already know what else makes this ingredient so special, check our our Turmeric Guide!
This golden creation is a blend of spices, milk and just a touch of sweetener. These chai-like spices are gently simmered into the milk to create the most scrumptious, creamy blend. It can be served hot off the stove, or if you’re dying of heat like us over here in SoCal, you can pour it over some ice and cool off!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk, Almond Milk or our delicious Plant Protein Milks
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Honey (or your choice of sweetener)
