Pumpkin Spice Cider Bread Recipe:
Makes 1 Loaf - 8 to 10 slices
- 1/3 cup Suja’s Mulled Apple Cider
- 1 cup Organic Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil
- 2/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 2/3 cup Flour (all purpose or gluten-free)
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Powdered Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
