How do you ship Suja products?
We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible and want to ensure your Suja Organic products are delivered fresh and cold. To maintain this level of quality, all perishable products are packed with gel packs and shipped in special eco-friendly insulated boxes Monday-Wednesday via FedEx 2 day.
Tracking: When your package ships (both subscriptions and a la carte), we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package to get status information and see an estimated delivery time window for eligible shipments. Or if you’d like more visibility, you can use FedEx Delivery Manager to monitor your incoming and outgoing packages throughout the entire delivery process and receive alerts and notifications. Please check your spam/junk folder if you are not seeing an email from us or contact us at orders@sujaorganic.com with any questions or concerns.
Shipping Timeline:
Refrigerated products should reach you within 2-8 days from date of purchase.
Organic Greens Powder orders are shipped using the US Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage and may take 3-9 days to be delivered once USPS has picked up your package from our warehouse.
Suja Organic shipping boxes are clearly marked “PERISHABLE” and products must be refrigerated upon receipt. We guarantee our products will arrive with at least 30 days before their best by date.
PO Box: We cannot ship our perishable products to PO Box addresses so please provide a physical address in the checkout. Juice orders placed with a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
International shipping: At this time, we only ship domestically within the Continental United States and Hawaii. We are currently unable to ship to US Territories or oversees.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
We always do our best to kale it, but if for any reason we didn't… please let us know! Because our product is perishable, we do not accept returns and only offer cancellations/refunds for orders that have not yet processed. Please reach out to orders@sujajuice.com if you wish to modify an order before it ships.
For subscriptions: if you wish to skip or cancel your recurring shipment, you can do so by logging into your online account or reaching out to subscriptions@sujajuice.com. Please note that we only offer cancellations/refunds for orders that have not yet processed - if you fail to cancel your order before your order ships, we will be unable to cancel the shipment and will not offer a refund in that case. We are only able to modify your future shipments.
How can I manage my subscription?
Thanks so much for being a part of Suja! You can access your subscription through the customer portal at https://www.sujaorganic.com/account/login. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer care team at subscriptions@sujajuice.com.
What is the shelf life?
The shelf life for our juices and shots is approximately 30-90 days depending on the product. The cold pressure process we use, High Pressure Processing (HPP) retains food quality, maintains natural freshness and extends shelf life without heating to high temperatures. You may go off the best by date if the juice is unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, you can store it in the fridge for up to 5 days for optimal freshness and quality.
If you order directly from us, we guarantee our products will arrive with at least 30 days before their best by date however, we always try to send the furthest date possible.
Our Organic Greens Powders have a 2-year shelf life and is shelf stable!
How long can Suja be unrefrigerated?
Suja juices and shots are perishable and must be kept refrigerated below 40°F. They can be unrefrigerated for up to 4 hours (or longer if stored in a cooler with ice packs). If the product is cool to touch, it’s safe to drink!
Why is there sediment at the bottom of the bottle?
It Is perfectly normal to see sediment! This is natural and occurs when we cold press the ingredients. You may notice a white substance (ginger) and sometimes you will also see dark specks which is the settling of the powders or spices. This may show up in many of our flavors that contain these ingredients. Sediment can get a bit clumpy and stick to the bottle so you may have to shake vigorously to mix it up.
