Let's be honest- the holiday season isn't exactly known for an abundance of healthy eating! And that's okay, it's our time to enjoy the company of family and friends and not have to think about every little thing we put in our mouths. But if you want to keep your energy levels up and feel like your best self this holiday season, I highly recommend incorporating these 8 superfoods into your daily diet! They're yummy, versatile, and so festive!
